Meet Our Team

Nicole Duspiva joined Empire in 2005 as a Project manager. With a background in project and office management, she transitioned to Account Executive where she managed and supervised progression of all projects and maintains client relationships.

Now as the Director of Operations, Nicole manages Empire City Consultants infrastructure and development. Her knowledge of the filing process and procedures is a key asset to our clients and our firm. Nicole provides guidance and consulting to clients and staff to efficiently meet all expectations.

Nicole is an active committee member of NSASA (The Nassau-Suffolk Autism Society of America)
